The international reputation of the Advanced Master MASTERNOVA program was familiar to me well before enrolling. Originally from Morocco, where I earned my degree in agri-food engineering, I had already heard about this prestigious program during my early preparatory classes. Joining MASTERNOVA not only confirmed the high praise I had heard but also enriched my initial academic background. This program offered me a fresh perspective, combining technical rigour with managerial finesse—both essential for the development of various industries. The program stands out for its holistic approach to innovation, exploring diverse areas such as marketing, finance, and commerce, while emphasising environmental imperatives and CSR, themes that are pervasive throughout the courses and group projects. What particularly struck me was the strong focus on teamwork and the presentation of innovative projects. These pitches, true stepping stones toward entrepreneurship, are designed to prepare us to become tomorrow’s leaders. Work-study is another major strength of the MS MASTERNOVA, providing concrete professional immersion alongside academic learning. My work-study experience within the marketing department of SUEZ RV France, focused on digital innovation, was an invaluable opportunity to apply what I had learned and engage in cutting-edge projects. This dual training-work approach allowed me to build a strong link between theory and practice, laying the groundwork for a rich and dynamic career.

I am currently dedicated to a role within the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty, marking the first steps of my career following the MASTERNOVA program. This position enables me to directly apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the program, perfectly illustrating the transition from theoretical education to practical impact in the crucial agri-food sector.
