Frédérique Gardes has been a professor at Neoma since 1992; she teaches labor law and corporate law in many programs and is a professor of labor law in the DCG program at the apprentice training institute. She has also been responsible for Neoma's post-bac associations for 4 years.

She has a master's degree in law with a major in business law and corporate taxation and is a graduate of IEP Paris.
