KIM

Dongkyu (Brian) KIM is Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management at NEOMA Business School. He received his Ph.D. from HEC Montreal. He teaches Grande École program "Advanced Team Management" and "Leadership Seminar" courses, as well as he teaches Master of Science program "Leading Responsibly in Complex Environments" course. His research focuses on leadership, motivation, prosocial work behaviors, team processes, and ethics in organizations. His work has been published in Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Group & Organization Management, and Journal of Business and Psychology.
