Diana SIBILLE LEGRAND is a Lecturer in Business Law and Tax Law at Neoma BS. As a tax lawyer with international and French professional experience, Diana joined Neoma BS in 2009 to teach corporate and personal taxation.  

Her main teaching areas are French corporate and personal taxation, Business Law and Comparative Business Law (France - UK) in the international undergraduate program (Global Bachelor in Business Administration) and the Master in Management program (Accounting, Audit and Control Track and Apprentices' Track). Her areas of interest are French and European Taxation, Comparative Business Law and Corporate Ethics. In 2024, Diana has won a teaching excellence award for her teaching during the 2023-2024 academic year.

From 2019 to 2024, Diana was the Academic coordinator (Rouen Campus) of the Audit and Advisory Track in the Master in Management.
