MIROWSKA
Dr. Agata Mirowska is Assistant Professor of Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior at NEOMA Business School. Her research focuses on the role of technology in the workplace, and in particular, on people’s reactions to artificial intelligence taking on tasks and roles traditionally held by humans. Agata’s multi-institutional research team is currently studying the health, social, and environmental costs of digital overconsumption, where she particularly focuses on the experience of technostress and how employees cope with and adapt to more ICT-intensive work contexts. Her work covers a wide range of publications, from human-computer interactions to business ethics. She also contributes to the research community as a reviewer, for outlets such as Human Resource Management Journal and Journal of Business Ethics.
