PhD Business Administration and Management
Margherita Corina is Assistant Professor at NEOMA Business School. She received her PhD from Bocconi University, where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Economics and Social Sciences; she also studied in Economic Policy Management at Columbia University and Public Policy at ITAM. Her research examines firm strategic behavior under the evolution of external uncertainty. The current context of persistent uncertainty derives from a number of economic and social factors: the pandemic, de-globalization, disruption, populism, and increasing distrust. Dr. Corina’s research seeks to better understand the role of domestic firms and multinationals in this changing environment by looking at their behaviors and strategies. Her work has been published in top peer review journals, such as the Journal of International Business Studies, the Global Strategy Journal. She is a member of the Academy of Management, Strategy Management Society, Academy of International Business, and EGOS. Dr. Corina has worked as senior consultant, helping companies formalize acquisitions before the antitrust authority in the U.S., Mexico, and Europe.
