Professional experience

Academic exchange in the 2nd year

The 2^nd year of your course is the year you spend time abroad. You can choose the duration of your exchange, undertaking an academic visit of six months or one year at one of our partner universities, all over the world! You will take courses and exams in English or in the language of the country (German, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.).

The Global BBA is based on the network of international partners of NEOMA.

• There are now 200 partners, spread over 5 continents, offering you a wide choice of destinations for your international academic exchange of six months or one year in the second year of the course.
• Our partner universities are selected for their quality and reputation. The aim of the exchange is to enable you to discover in situ a country, language and culture (IE Business School in Spain, BI School of Management in Norway, Singapore Management University, Universidad ESAN in Peru, Trinity College in Ireland, and more.).

During your academic exchange at a partner university, you won’t have to pay any additional tuition fees.

Focus on ‘Global Incubator’

Do you have plans to set up an international business? You can join the Global Incubator Berkeley programme, an agreement with The Regents of the University of California – Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology, in your final year, as part of the Entrepreneurship track.

International internships

A professional experience in another country is an essential complement to your training that enables you to put your skills into practice, so you will spend at least 6 months doing an international internship. All the internships offered can be done internationally.

The second and third language

During your course you can continue or begin a second and third foreign language: Spanish, German and Chinese on all three campuses (Paris, Reims, Rouen); French, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic and Korean at Reims and Rouen only.

Your career after the Global BBA

After your four years of study, you have two options open to you: to begin your professional career, or to continue your studies to obtain a Bac+5, in France or abroad.

Continuing your studies

• 70% of graduates of the Global BBA continue their studies to Master level

After completing the Global BBA, you will have the option to continue your studies and deepen your expertise via university Masters courses, Masters of Science or Specialised Masters in business or engineering schools, or the Master in Management Programmes at the best institutions in France and abroad:

• Abroad: London School of Economics, NOVA Lisbon, London Business School, IE Madrid, ESADE, UC Dublin, SDA Bocconi, University of St Gallen, and more.
• In France: MiM or MS/MSc at ESSEC, Sciences Po Paris, l’université Dauphine, ESCP Europe, and more!

Graduates of the Global BBA are guaranteed the opportunity to continue their studies on one of the full-time MSc courses at NEOMA (on condition they have the level of English required by the programme and after a validation and counselling interview with the director of the MSc concerned). Remember the NEOMA MSc courses have the benefit of giving you a Master-level qualification!

Admission procedures

The admission procedures differ depending on where you earned your last diploma.

Admissions Process

• Complete the online application: apply.neoma-bs.fr
• Provide scanned copies of all original documents in English or French (CV, motivation letter, transcripts, etc.)
• Candidates who meet the admissions requirements will be asked to complete a deferred interview
• Admissions results are sent by email within two weeks of the interview.

Eligibility

Admission to the 1^st year of the course

Profile: holders of an international diploma of equivalent level to the French baccalaureate, IELTS 6.0 or equivalent to enter the English track, IELTS 5.5 or equivalent and B2 minimum level of French to enter the Bilingual track.

Application calendar

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, from September 2023 with a final deadline for submissions at the end of June 2024. Applicants will be informed of the admission jury’s decision two weeks following the interview.

However, given the limited number of places, candidates are advised to apply as early as possible.

CHOICES ON PARCOURSUP: how to give yourself the very best chance

Admission decisions are made by campus. So, when you indicate your choices on Parcoursup, we strongly recommend you select all the campuses in your subsidiary choices (Reims, Rouen and Paris), as there is no limit to the choices you can make in the Concours SESAME. You will therefore give yourself 3 chances of being accepted onto the Global BBA.

Admission to the 3rd year of the course

Profile: holders of a Bac+2, Bac+3, with a minimum level of CECR B2 in English and international experience (for example, internship or academic visit).
Selection: by dossier, motivation interview (in English – 25 minutes) and oral in English (15 minutes – free discussion).
