PwC Luxembourg has become the official partner of NEOMA Business School’s Master in Management specialisation devoted to Commercial Real Estate, “Real Estate & Wealth Management”.

Through the co-construction of learning modules, classes taught by professionals, research projects, visits, the company is to play an active role for students in the field of real estate and wealth management during the coming school year.

PwC Luxembourg and its staff possess real business knowledge and we are proud to be given the opportunity to pass this professional expertise on to the next generations,” explains Marc Schenberg, PwC Luxembourg associate. “Making a contribution to the training of future talents who are looking to start a career in auditing, consultancy and finance is a key role that actors such as PwC Luxembourg must play.” 

This partnership creates an added value to the course content through the addition of authentic professional experience that is so important for nurturing the students’ appropriation of knowledge.

Within this area of specialisation, we focus on commercial real estate to gain understanding of this asset class and the different valuation methods,” explains Stéphane Fourneaux, Head of the specialisation. “We are delighted to have this partnership with one of the leading players and pioneers of the sector, as it gives students the opportunity to discover a variety of career options in consultancy, engineering, finance and real estate management. Our lecturers are experienced professionals who share their know-how with passion and can offer an insight into the new technologies that are revolutionising this flourishing sector.”

This option is available during the 3rd year of the Master in Management Programme and offers students the chance to specialise in real estate whist providing a real springboard towards their first employment.
